A Non-Refundable $25.00 deposit is required when submitting the rental application. A non-refundable fee of $350.00 (deducted from your first months rent) is required within three business days of application approval. A security deposit equal to one months rent is required at the time of your move-in.

We accept cats at a monthly fee of $25.00 per cat plus a $200.00 pet deposit.

What about parking garages? |

We offer a single 10’ x 20’ car garage with opener, for a monthly charge of $85.00. Otherwise, two cars are allowed per apartment for general outside parking.

We do offer 4’ X 8’ enclosed storage rooms for a monthly charge of $25.00.

Some of the apartment homes do offer a “rolling hillside view.” If this is the case, then add $20.00 per month.

We do, the only maintenance that will be done by you is change the light bulbs. |
